Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, please ensure the item is securely repackaged before returning.

Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for eligible items that meet the conditions above.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, provided the item has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
