Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1 - 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Next Day DPD
Orders must be placed before 2pm to qualify for next day DPD Shipping once orders are processed.

Standard Delivery
Orders will be shipped via DPD Standard service and should arrive within 3 working days after orders are processed.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), allowing you to follow your delivery with ease.

Additional Details
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that delays resulting from courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
